Which diet plan are you on?

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site and already think it's great.

I'm just wondering which diet plan you are all on. I must have tried nearly all the usual ones and have the books to prove it.

I would welcome your views.

I've been doing the 5:2 diet on Mondays and Thursdays. I have dropped a dress size so far. I find it remarkably easy to follow. I always eat the same things on fast days. It's easier!! On the other days, I just eat what I want, but I do try to restrict bread, cakes and biscuits to some extent

Hi Sherish and welcome-

to be honest, I find your thread title a tad difficult- as it implies, that somehow, we should all be on some kind of diet plan- as if it is expected and the norm. I am glad that some have replied that they are not on a specific diet plan. What do you think? Hope you don't think I am being difficult- but do you see what I mean?

granjura, I wasn't implying that everyone was or needed to be on a diet. I posted in the diet section because I thought that it was about diets and wanted to know what the people who posted in this section did to lose or maintain their weight.
