Morning all, I am late again. Here you go for all the early posters. I will be back later.
61.4kg this morning. Can't remember what I was last week
.
But it was definitely more.
Have just recovered from a throat/head/chest bug and had so many medicinal hot toddies and throat lozenges it wasn't worth weighing in last week!
Let's see what tomorrow brings
Good luck to everyone!
I've lost another 1lb
6 weeks today is Christmas Eve, so I shall keep on trying.
I'm about the same this week but have lapsed a bit. Thank you glassortwo for your comment last week. I missed it at the time. Good luck all for the next week
12st7.5 lbs - up again. Too much comfort
and
!
Still not in the right 'zone'. Start again on Monday. Need someone to stop me turning the pooter on first thing in the morning. Must get up, walk the dog and go to the gym first. Wish I had a way of putting some sort of timer on it
.
