Monday 11th November weigh in.

Still not in the right 'zone'. Start again on Monday. Need someone to stop me turning the pooter on first thing in the morning. Must get up, walk the dog and go to the gym first. Wish I had a way of putting some sort of timer on it .

12st7.5 lbs - up again. Too much comfort and !

I've lost another 1lb

6 weeks today is Christmas Eve, so I shall keep on trying.

Have just recovered from a throat/head/chest bug and had so many medicinal hot toddies and throat lozenges it wasn't worth weighing in last week!
