Late weighing in due to ongoing commitments, another 1lb off this week!
Good luck to everyone this coming week with the run up to Christmas....I've just got to say NO to the mince pies for another week or two, probably have 2-3 days escape from weight -watching over Christmas, then straight back on the band-wagon I hope!grin

12.7lbs today - either I'm fluctuating madly or the scales is hitting the bottle!! I've taken the middle of 3 weighings and will go with that! What a palaver. Not much difference just half pound or so, either way. Difficult time of the year for being sensible tho' - good luck all.

I too have put on 1lb or so , but as I was bedridden for three days and didn't move a muscle, I am not surprised. Up and about again now, and with the nervous energy alone that is used in the build up to Christmas, hope to drop back down again ( if I can avoid the mince pies! )

I have had a massive gain sad but have had 4 days of overindulgence. Back at it today. Last push before christmas

Such a hectic life you lead glass smile

I was weighed last Thursday and lost 3lb! I have now lost 16.5lbs and I expected to go down a dress size but not quite yet it appears stomachs take a bit longer to lose - if ever!

Hope everyone has had a good week!
