I've not been saying much on this thread for the last few weeks, because I'd been going through a phase of eating and eating JUNK! I just couldn't seem to help myself. I'd put on about 5 pounds in about 3 weeks
. I have now calmed down, haven't weighed myself (think this has been part of the problem, because I was hopping on and off the scales all the time), but have been eating properly and feel SO much better. Ordinary food (which I calorie-counted for a few days) and now back onto the swing, and clothes are so much more comfy.
