tegan the recommendation is to only get weighed once a week at the same time of day, your weight fluctuates enormously even over a day so you get a true reading if its the same day/time.

Yes, this really is a new start for me. Ate a whole packet of Jaffa cakes yesterday as I was watching the tennis sad. Just about to weigh myself and then I'm not going to do so for a while. My gym membership runs out soon and I think I'm just going to pay for another year with my credit card as it's puttung pressure on me to go with the thought of only x number of weeks before I can't.

notso good to have you back, I am starting with a clean slate too, got the Christening in September and I am not going looking a clip grin

oh BeeWitch - snap - I put on a pound over the weekend - it's so disappointing isn't it. I blame the wine and inactivity while watching Wimbledon! Off for a walk now and a cycle ride to friend's house later!

Notso - hello - I think Mondays are a clean slate for us all! smile

Can I join again with a clean slate? smile

Well, put on one pound. No excuses, few days away and ate too much. smile
