tegan the recommendation is to only get weighed once a week at the same time of day, your weight fluctuates enormously even over a day so you get a true reading if its the same day/time.

. Just about to weigh myself and then I'm not going to do so for a while. My gym membership runs out soon and I think I'm just going to pay for another year with my credit card as it's puttung pressure on me to go with the thought of only x number of weeks before I can't.
