Morning all, here we are 1st Dec 
Got to run DD back to work today and I slept in alarm didnt go off, so not the best start to the day with 2 to get out to school and the baby to deal with.
teetime fantastic loss, people think this close to Christmas its a waste of time to start healthy eating but you could be almost a stone lighter by Christmas.
I might not manage to get back for the rest of the week but keep posting.

Thank you - that was my thinking make some room for Christmas. Starting agin in January would have been inevitable for me and sooooo depressing so this way I have avoided that shock weigh-in and got a head start. My goal is to have lost another 8 lbs by the Christmas weigh-in on 22nd. Keep going marelli Good luck
