Obviously I am not going to weigh myself this week
That would just be silly !
I am just checking in to wish anyone who looks a Happy Christmas and to say thank you to glass for her support throughout the year
It is really important to me , especially at points like this when I might just forget to eat sensibly and then get discouraged.

A pound and a half off!! that's 10 pounds in four weeks so it was well worth starting again before Xmas.

Well I am going to weigh in tonight with great trepidation. Although I really tried hard this week there were two lunches at the Golf Club and drinks and Sunday tea with the neighbours yesterday and its not even Christmas yet. If I maintain I will be happy but I'm not holding out a lot of hope.
