OK - another couple of pounds and I'll be in the overweight range according to the NHS BMI chart.
It's not going to happen (determined emoticon)!

And then I'm off to Rome on Wesnesday for a few days. And DD has already emailed me pictures of the delicious looking cakes on offer in the cafes. I'm gonna have to start all over again.

Oh jingle, I am tbuenvy, of your weight I mean. I'm nearly a stone more than you. I did get it going downwards a bit, but staying at DD1's for a few days was my downfall. I couldn't refuse sausage and mash, could I?
I've just had a Hot Cross bun (with butter tbushock) and I'll start again tomorrow. You've given me something to aim for.

I'm a little bit tbuenvy about you going to Rome as well.
