Have you looked at MyFitnessPal an online site which cunts your food intake and exercise output using this plus healthy eating and a good exercise programme may be all you need - that's what I'm doing

So you've worked hard to shed some pounds BUT you want to loose that final half stone but can't shift it. I'm sure many of you can empathize with this. I am stuck at about 10 pounds (4.5 kgs.) more than I want to be.

Any hints appreciated. I have not tried Weight Watchers nut have looked at several online programs though again not seriously considered any of them.

The "Trim Down Club" does appeal and I wonder if any of you have tried it and how you got on.
