I have easily managed to stick to my healthy eating (HFLC) plan and once again I've amazed myself at how well it works for me - I've lost 8lb in just over two weeks. I think the 16:8 element works for me too. I'm determined to stick to it through the Christmas period as much as possible because it's easier to continue with it than to re-start it if I've fallen off the wagon. I may permit myself one day of 'treats' though.
Should the NHS charge for such things?
