I wonder how Myincrediblehell and others have got on with weight loss in the first half of 2018?
It would be great to hear some success stories.
I have managed to shed 16lb in last 3 months, by eating low sugar food, but need to about double that for target I think, and it is hard work. 
I find that drinking a glass of water when I want to snack, or cleaning my teeth, is helpful in diverting my attention.
