Over the past 3 months or so I've been doing the 16-8 eating plan ,only I'm doing 17-7 and I've been calorie counting.Its been great and I've lost 2 stone .This is not about vanity ,its to try to help with my herniated disc.The physio said lose two and a half stone and it should make a difference .She also said not too much exercise!! Well as the last two weeks have seen not an ounce come off I exercised nearly every day last week ,hasn't made a bit of difference except it has made my back pain really bad.
So ,ladies, how do I kickstart weightloss again without overdoing the exercise? The alternative I was offered by the physio is surgery and I'd rather not have that .
