Well, the good news is that I have found my priceless cutting.
I knew it was in a book somewhere!!
The bad news is that I had a heart attack days after my 68th birthday, so I can't use it, for a while. 
I was going through my self help books, and there it was in "You can heal your life" by the wonderful (late,) Louise Hay.
