Well, the good news is that I have found my priceless cutting. grin I knew it was in a book somewhere!!

The bad news is that I had a heart attack days after my 68th birthday, so I can't use it, for a while. sad

I was going through my self help books, and there it was in "You can heal your life" by the wonderful (late,) Louise Hay.

That is a good and helpful video, thank you Toscalily. I will try and master it, but what I really want is a copy of the article from the magazine.

Gosh recipes are not the same as yoga at all!!

It brings up a book of 10 minute miracle routines with recipes for 28 days, but not the Woman's Weekly article.

Google brings up lots

About 20 years ago, (2007?) Barbara Currie had a feature in Woman's Weekly, giving 10 fairly basic yoga exercises as a 10 minute routine to help keep supple and loose some inches.
I kept that article for years, and got quite good at the exercises; I would like to start doing the routine again but I can't remember all 10 poses.
It seems I lost the article during one of my many removals, and Mr Google isn't helping me.
Does anyone have it please?
