Read the book and did the first day of exercise today. Not actually starting the eating plan until Wednesday as it my birthday tomorrow and hubby is taking me away for the night. Found the exercises quite hard,especially the squats but I managed them. Feeling motivated.
Hi all, anyone tried following the 21 day blast plan? Seems a fairly sensible approach . I’m going to try and give it a go. Three weeks might be enough to give me a kick up the bum and get me starting some proper exercise again as I’ve got pretty lazy in that area and i am paying the price....feeling very lethargic.
