Hello everyone. Well done Woodmouse. I was certain that my weight would have increased this week, as I have not had my usual excersise, which is walking up hill to DD's house and back again, walking to my knit & natter group etc. This last week I've been very sedentary, spending my time doing crochet and reading.
Anyway, this morning's weigh in saw a one pound weight loss!
Just one pound, but I was amazed. It must be down to healthy eating, and no junk food.
Keep up the good work everyone, I'll look in again next week.
