Hi, I joined slimming world a couple of weeks ago. Rather do WW but they are only doing virtual still and I felt I needed the shame of the scales to keep on the straight and narrow!
Actually lost quite a bit of weight a while back but the last stone or so is determined to stay and of course, the boredom of lockdown added more lbs.
I will never be a stick insect, so a stone off will suit me fine and might mean my top half will become less round. 
So far it's going ok although I did have a gain on week 2 which I blame on the lentil soup overindulgence ... nothing else to blame it on.
My nibbly saviours are the sugar-free jelly, Cadbury Freddo bars, and Ringo crisps!
