Well done to you Whiff for losing all that weight. For myself I realised, like you, that I needed a healthy diet plan for life, not just a few months. We are all taking our different paths to a slimmer, healthier body and this is the place to find support, especially when our weight has gone up.
So as promised I have weighed my self today and I have put on 3lbs, which maybe doesn’t sound a lot but I have a very slow rate of losing weight, usually a quarter of a pound a week, also I have a non existent thyroid which doesn’t help. Anyway no excuses from me I am back on track.
