I like ‘pinch of nom’ cook books, some great recipes and a lot can be batch cooked and frozen. All calorie counted. Any PON fans .?

Ive got all the copys of PON.
Some lovely recipes. Im starting my diet (again) today so will be looking at them for ideas.

I have three of their books. I like the way that they use the same "storecupboard" ingredients more than once, so you don't end up buying something like onion powder and only using it once.

Dont know what Pinch Of Nom means but the recipes are very good for slimming meals. Nom is suppose to be the noise you make when enjoying your food I think.
