After being very careful about covid restrictions because of my work as a carer , I have started venturing out and about over the
last month or so, Daughter has suggested a family holiday next summer ! Need to lose a few pounds to say the least!
Off to buy a pair of trainers to start walking and trying to cut out sugar . ?‍♀️

That’s a good start nanaang14 , Do you have a Fitbit? I keep track of my steps that way. Walking apps like ‘map my walk’ is pretty good, tells you how far you’ve walked . You have a nice incentive to get fit for your family holiday.

Daughter has suggested today , we should try and apply for 2022 Great North Run-. walking the route, I must admit,.
so today I started some serious powerwalking ! Hopefully healthy eating and extra walking will help. I'll see how long
it lasts.

That would be a great idea! I walk every day for 30min and I believe I lost a few too.
