Pilates on utube…..

A while back someone put up a link for easy Pilates that was on utube and I meant to start doing it ( but being me didn’t get round to it). If anyone can remember what it was can they do another link please. I have googled it but can’t seem to find the one that was mentioned. I keep getting lots of Pilates stuff popping up on Facebook but you have to pay for all of them.. Thanks in advance.

Not sure if it’s the one but I used to do one with Jo Tuffrey during the first lockdown. She used to release a new free video every Wednesday. I liked her style.

I follow Girl with the Pilates mat, she's very watchable and
relatable . Her videos can be followed by any level of fitness

I can recommend Pilates with Katja, I've doing her videos since March 2022, I love them. There are loads to choose from
