I just wanted to say to all of you who are estranged from children and grandchildren on Mother’s Day l hope you find some kind of Peace .
I can’t put into words the heartache we have suffered over the last year, and I’m not sure we will ever recover.
It never seems to get any easier, the tears are never far away.
But l will hold you all in my thoughts.

Such a kind and thoughtful post MBM. Am I right in thinking this will be your first Mother' Day with estrangement?
The first of everything are the hardest. For me after more than 7 years it's just another day, as is ES's birthday. Christmas is still hard though because of the GC as are their birthdays.

This year will be more difficult as we cant divert ourselves by going out and doing something nice for ourselves.
