Welcome Letmein. I have knowledge of walking a tightrope of someone with mental health issues, despite all the advertising and talk about it, in reality people feel unsupported, Just take it one day at a time and do something, even a coffee out or a chat with a friend each day if you can.
Wizabi, I am sorry you have been struggling, so hard losing all your birth family, sometimes though you just let go. Your sisters have each other, they are closer in age and have a closer bond which should make them more caring to you. If you have tried to reconnect and sort out differences and been rebuffed you try to put it in the past, A lot of us are left alone and make a different life.

That’s so sad wizabi - bereavement is tough enough without estrangement too

Hi I'm new tonight. I'm the youngest of three daughters but in the three years since my dad died my much older sisters, now in their seventies, have been estranged from me. It's better now but after he died I struggled with the fact I had lost him but also my whole birth family.

Welcome, I have found boundless support and friendship on this forum but you can just dip in and out whenever you feel troubled. As Smiles said if you feel able to it would be good to know more, but only if you feel able to.
