I've not really cooked scallops ever before (have eaten them) - but they were at such a good price at Lidl today that I bought some. I also have a few smallish pieces of fresh cod. Will this work for tonight?
Flash fry the scallops in butter with slivers of fresh ginger
Same with the fish
Serve on noodles with sweet chili sauce?
Or is that just too unimaginative. Please help! Preferably something quick because I'm going to be short of time. I'd like to use the fish and the scallops.
