Just read an article about food labelling where the main ingredient, first on the list of ingredients is not first on the label e.g. Pâté from Sainsbury's and Tesco where the main ingredient, regardless of the label is pork fat. To be fair I might not buy Pork fat pâté with 20%duck liver and 2% orange, but still . . .
I'd like to echo that with some of the take away meals e.g. Chicken Korma with a lot of Korma and 6 pieces of Chicken!

I used to work for a food company years ago where we had to label one of our products as 'potato and meat pie'.

We did not have to state the ratio !
