Just that really - it's definitely worth a try as it tastes almost like real bread. It's not in all stores but it is quite a lot of then. In ours it's on the top shelf with Sainsbury's tin loaves.

And spread the word - so they keep doing it!!

Oh!! sad And I got all excited!! I've got a recipe for pastry that is ok - but not brilliant. It was PUFF pastry that I thought was going to change my world!

I made chocolate eclairs on a GF cookery course - they were brilliant - must find the recipe and try again.

I have a packet in the freezer that I'm saving for tarte tatin when we have visitors next week.

I'm seriously low carbing at the moment and it's lovely not even thinking about GF products because I'm not eating them anyway. grin

Saves money as well because they're all so expensive.

I might feel differently in the winter though.

Well kitty it could have been the way I cooked it!! Give it a go, I would.
