It’s Ryvita and Philadelphia here (as it is pretty much every day grin) so please do inspire us with whatever you’re having.

I think that the original "lurkers" post said that us "old hands" would be welcome to greet the newbies.
I have had a cheese and tomato sandwich. Granary bread and a spot of salad cream.
I confess to having had a couple of chocolate digestives this morning too wink

Bread and cheese for us with home made chutney smile

On a diet - or rather have changed my relationship with food. Used to eat cheese toasties by the ton for the lunch. Today I am having a Juice Plus shake - with the help of these and portion control of regular healthy food I have dropped a dress size in four weeks, so very happy. Intend to keep up the good work and cut out the biscuits!

Not a newbie, I joined right at the beginning....but I am a long time lurker grin.
I’ve just eaten a piece of homemade pear and chocolate cake with cream for my lunch... because I’m having one of ‘those days’ and I needed a treat!

I have just had mashed sardines on toast with olives and red onion and sliced red pepper. Very filling. Lidl sardines and a lovely slice of a multiseeded loaf picked up in Waitrose half price on Friday.

Sorry, didn't realise this was a competition for new posters.

It's lurkers' week so we are encouraging those who don't normally post to join the conversation - but that absolutely doesn't preclude other posters so all good!

Going to nab a few of these ideas to break up the ryvita monotony. Peanut butter and banana always a winner but there are various soups and salads etc which sound equally delicious.

grin grin at the jelly beans and the cake and wine. Easily done!

I’m having a cheese salad followed by fruit for dessert. I have a chronic health condition so I try to eat healthily and get my five-a-day in at lunch time. (Then I don’t feel so bad if I have chips for tea!)

I am a bit of a lurker. Have posted a couple of times.

V3ra I like to have a nice 'leftovers' lunch too, it sort of seems indulgent.

Today I had a chicken and salad wrap.

harrison53 Mon 09-Mar-20 16:03:20

I had a delicious tuna salad for lunch. I've just finished turning the leftover lamb into a shepherd's pie for tonight's tea, so I'm looking forward to that later!

Home made vegetable soup, with some rosemary crackers and hummus, very nice and warming

Allegretto Mon 09-Mar-20 16:58:48

Sweet potato soup, brown bread and an apple. It was lovely, but I’m more a scones and jam kind of girl!

annsixty Mon 09-Mar-20 17:30:04

Toast with mushroom pate, it was very nice.

Tilly32 Mon 09-Mar-20 17:44:16

A little pork pie, ketchup and crunchy salad - yummy!

jura2 Mon 09-Mar-20 17:45:29

Somehow ... missed out on lunch today, but it won't do the diet any harm. Have since had a lovely curry made with yesterday's left over chicken, accompanied by coconut rice.

Harris27 Mon 09-Mar-20 18:08:42

Yesterday’s fish pie always enough for two days!

Lunch for me today was eaten in a friend's car. On Monday mornings I go to a Pilates class which I left this morning at 1pm. At 1.25 I set off to a U3A Italian conversation group so it was a quick change and off to my friend's house as she was giving me a lift. There was just time to eat my piece of Cheddar, five Ritz crackers and six grapes before we arrived.
