I know there have been threads like this previously but it's something to do to take our minds off the virus.
I had raw overnight-soaked oats with blueberries, raspberries and banana with greek yoghurt for breakfast plus 2 mugs of tea.
Morning latte OH always makes for us
Another cup of tea.
Bowl of Thai pumpkin soup and piece of savoury toast. (very popular in Australia other places may not know what it is) plus another mug of tea.

This makes 6-8 and I have a couple a day till there are all gone.I don't get tired of having the same things for a few days.
OH has different food as he is a traditional old style eater with sausages and mash, silverside (corned beef) baked beans egg and bacon etc.
I always have some chocolate in the evening . (smile)

Friday!! So excited, no make do with left overs tonight! No bottom of the fridge veggies! Nothing that’s been languishing in the freezer.
Sirloin steak?salad from our own spinach and sauté potatoes, accompanied by a bottle of red, yet to be selected from our wine stash.
Cannot wait.
Yesterday, Porridge, banana and honey plus 3 coffees during the morning an Emmental, rocket and tomato sandwich on wholemeal after our midday walk. A couple of teas in the afternoon. Supper, made a casserole with chicken fillets, green pepper, carrots and some Charlotte potatoes that I wanted to use up. Really regret due to the rapidity of the spread of virus, didn't replenish herbs, spices etc., although I do have some, albeit out of date I imagine. Managed to find some spicy seasonings and Knorr stock cubes, bought heaven knows when
must admit didn't look at the dates, but have never heard of "death by out of date stock cubes" before, anyway still here!
Yesterday we had coffee, OJ and fruit for breakfast.
Vegetable soup (home made) and wholemeal toast for lunch.
A chocolate biscuit with a coffee about 4.00pm
Shepherds Pie (using up courgette, green pepper and a leek from the bottom of the vegetable basket - so not a traditional recipe) and sugar snap peas for supper.
French toast for breakfast. Comfort food.
Thawed the corn beef originally intended for St. Patrick's Day. It was a nice change, but now I feel too full. I am eating out of stress and must get that under control.

Mid morning, a mug of coffee. Then another one.
Cup of tea at lunch time, not hungry, so no lunch.
Roast chicken, potatoes, carrots, kale, stuffing ball and a small yorkshire pudding, with ice cream to follow.
Before bed, another 4 tablets.
An obscene amount of rubbish
I’m working from home and overseeing the 13 year old’s remote schooling which is proving to be a challenge - the biscuit tin (and crisps and chocolate...) were my friend today. Tomorrow I will be better.
A slice of toast and three-fruit marmalade with coffee. A piece of DD’s sticky ginger cake and a cup of red Bush tea. Fish pie with garden peas for me, and mac cheese for DH.
Tomorrow, as we have managed to acquire some salad veg, I will make a quiche to go with them!
As it's still only 11am here, all I've had is a cup of decaf coffee but I put an egg on to boil so brunch will be a mixed salad with garlic hummus and a boiled egg.
Probably a bit of fish for tea and green beans. I'll poach the fish in milk and make that into parsley sauce.
My only carb may be a McVitie's digestive with a cup of Rooibos mid-afternoon.
Reading the above posts makes me want porridge, so that would be nice for tomorrow.
I only eat twice a day and struggle with that. Today:
(1) Cornish Pasty followed by apple doughnut
(2) London cheesecake
I know
, but it was treat time [café]
My usual porridge oats, with cinnamon, Apple, and sultanas, soaked overnight in milk, for b'fast. Jacket potatoes with tinned mackerel for lunch, then a chicken and mushroom risotto, with the rice replaced with orzo, spinach, fresh parsley, onion, leek topped with parmesan.
Cup of tea first thing
2 rashers of bacon & 2 fried eggs
Double-shot latte
Not sure about later but it will involve sauteed charlotte potatoes
Yorridge (oats and Greek yoghurt overnight) with blueberries.
Homemade artichoke soup, cheese on toast.
Tea with date and banana loaf.
Stuffed mushrooms.
3 Godiva chocolates?
Breakfast, granola, blueberries, banana, strawberries and yoghurt.
Lunch, homemade roast tomato soup and one slice of toasted oatmeal bread,
Dinner, salmon and roasted vegetables, whatever I have in but always onion and garlic with it, all cooked in the same roasting tin, tossed with olive oil, yum.
