Sorry - always read the question properly. That was my intake yesterday; today so far two cups of tea, and now feeling like eating the porridge.
Unusually, two slices of toast about half eleven - porridge with honey and cinnamon is always my daily breakfast, and then a salad with a tomato tart and baked potato, followed by mango and a yogurt.

I dug out my 20 year old bread maker at the weekend as I managed to get hold of a bag of strong flour when all the bread shelves were ravaged. So my day yesterday consisted of a slice of toast with raspberry jam for breakfast. A slice of toast with homemade tuna pate for lunch and cheese on toast for my evening meal. Now I remember why I stored the bread maker away!! I can't resist the bread. It makes the supermarket stuff taste the same as the packaging it comes in!!

Yesterday for brunch (I hardly ever do breakfast) I opened a jar of French pate, one of 3 that were a Christmas present, and had some on crackers that had also been sitting in the cupboard. We also have umpteen jars of various chutneys, many of those also presents. A little dollop of Real Ale chutney on top of pate and cracker went down very well.
Made a thick yellow split pea and bacon soup yesterday, that’s tonight’s dinner sorted.
Last night we had baked cod loins in breadcrumbs, which I’d managed to find in the Coop, with baked pots and salad. And a squeeze of my last, very manky looking lemon - juice was fine, though.
But meals for the foreseeable will much more likely be out of cupboard and (small) freezer.
