We had baked salmon with horseradish mash, steamed carrots and sort of ratatouille made out of odds and sods.
A bit later we christened some new cocktail glasses with Nigella's Green Mean Dirty Martini because I remembered there was a jar of home pickled cucumber lurking at the back of the larder and you use the juice!
