What are you all having to eat tonight? I cook every evening and have been getting bored with the usual meals. Tonight, I've made a Chicken Jambalaya - it's a Hello Fresh recipe I had ages ago, but I bought all the ingredients and have adapted it a bit.

I've made a carrot cake for afters.... with cream grin

I made a chicken and vegetable bake. Chicken thighs, green and yellow bell peppers, courgette and red onion, along with new potatoes and sweet potato. Drizzled with olive oil and honey.

I made a baked apple roly poly, but we had that for tea.

Tonight will be grilled pork sausages, onion gravy, minted new potatoes and steamed home grown broad beans and the first of the courgettes.

I suppose it won't be long before we have courgettes coming out of our ears!!

Steak, chips, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes. It’s DH’s turn to cook so I’ll wait patiently with a glass of wine or two. ?

We went for a long walk first thing so had brunch when we got home. French toast ,sausages and scrambled egg. So I won’t feel like much this evening. Might just have beans on toast or a cheese sandwich
