A vegan sort-of shepherd’s pie, bit of an experiment and made in a rush to take to dd’s later. Onions, celery, red lentils, veggie stock, mushrooms, tomato purée, a little pearl barley, a tin of kidney beans, a tin of baked beans. Plenty of mash and a bit of vegan ‘cheese’ on top.
Such a headache knowing what to take nowadays - pre vegan (well, veggan since they will eat FR eggs inc. from their hens) they were utterly unfussy, except for the invariably picky Gdcs, the 2 elder anyway.
I’m taking a load of potato wedges and a tin of beans for Gdcs, and at least they will eat broccoli.
