I have an Iceland shopping voucher. The last time I visited there I was a little overwhelmed.

What do you regulalrly buy from Iceland that you find is good and useful?

If I spend £40 I get free delivery so I order heavy items in bulk every couple of months.I makes lighter work on normal shop.

Their salmon is my favourite. I buy scallops when they have them. They used to have large ones but not seen them lately. Loved their breaded/ tempura large prawns which we had at Christmas. Lots of different fish included the battered large cod. Then there is frozen veg of various kinds and frozen chopped garlic, ginger etc.

Desert Island Discs at 11:15am on Radio 4 on Sunday 8th January featured Sir Malcolm Walker, the founder of Iceland.
It's an extremely interesting listen and available on the BBC Sounds app.

Frozen spinach, I put a square of it in so much!
Blueberries, love them and have them almost daily.

Is that frozen chopped spinach? I needed some recently but Teasco didn't have it. I'm interested to know if Iceland does.

The Desert Island discs with the ‘boss’ was interesting.
We like frozen spinach very much and hadn’t known Iceland do it . So handy just to use a small square of frozen spinach as veg or in soups etc. Much prefer to fresh, thanks dogsmother
