My husband did a favour for a farmer friend and was given 3 huge gammon steaks as a 'thank you'. Lovely!
How do I cook them? they are almost half an inch thick - should I oven cook them first and then fry/grill?
Then what to serve them with? Potatoes sound boring, chips don't seem right - we don't like parsley so a sauce is out ...
