Sandwich press

Had a mad moment and bought a Breville sandwich press at the weekend. Thought it might help with ideas for lunch. Apart from cheese and ham sandwiches, any suggestions. I have brought some paninis to have a go with. Thanks

It is grin. A local cafe used to sell them when my children were little and they loved them.

Love a toastie
I like apple sauce with a pinch of cinnamon.
Crumpets and muffins are nice in them too
