Living by myself, I bought a compact airfryer. Very quickly realised how useful it was, but really was too small. Spent quite a time researching bigger ones, DId I want one with a shelf (No, too big, too muh worktop space taken up), one with two drawers (different foods put in each drawer but finish cooking at same time). Finally decided on one with ONE LARGE drawer - (if I want two different foods in there to be cooked at different times, I will put them in at different times. Can cope with same heat for them.
I love this machine, even has a window in the drawer so I can see how things are cooking. Still use my microwave, but with the exception of very large cakes, do not use my expensive Bosch oven at all. I think, that if I was having my kitchen re-done, would have a large airfryer oven fitted in and NOT have a normal oven at all.
Gave my small airfryer to one of my student g.children.
As with so many new gadgets, it takes a while to get used to them - but airfryers are definitely going to be a part of any good kitchen set up for a long time.
On the other hand, anyone still use their spirolizer???????
