Coffee, water, tea, milkshake, milk or anything else that's interesting?

In the morning, I like to start my day with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. The rich aroma and caffeine kick help me wake up and feel ready to tackle the day ahead. Sometimes I also enjoy a glass of warm water with lemon to help hydrate my body and aid digestion.

Occasionally, I'll indulge in a smoothie made with fruits, yogurt, and a handful of spinach for an extra boost of vitamins and nutrients. It's a refreshing and healthy way to kickstart my morning routine. Overall, my morning beverage choices vary depending on how I'm feeling that day, but they always set a positive tone for the hours ahead.

70 ml of Symprove probiotic, then a mug of jasmine tea made in a pot with loose leaf tea. After breakfast hot water with lemon and root ginger. Decaf coffee with Oatley barista later in the morning, then sparkling water and various herbal teas through the day.

Hibiscus herbal tea first thing as it's supposed to help regulate blood pressure.
Coffee as soon as I get back from the school run!

Has to be a cup of extra strong tea and a biscuit!

If dh brings me a cup of tea in bed, it’s PG Tips.

If I’m up first, it’ll be strong coffee.

Cranberry juice thats quite interesting. Does it not stay on your teeth or something when you brush your teeth like orange juice does? I've actually started to drink coffee in the morning and I recently tried something called seciality coffee.

Not sure what makes it so special?

But i've been going on about it to my friends and I shared a cup and they seemed to like it, i didnt know there were so many falvours for coffee. I'll leave a link here if your interested.

My dad drinks a glass of milk in the morning and my mom drinks tea which is ok I guess. Regarding to your post I might need to try cranberry juice in the morning as it should benefit me because of the healthy stuff thats in it.

Or maybe I should try one of them healthy drink yogurts, they should do the same job.

Depends on what time I’m up. If dh is up first, it’ll be a cup of tea in bed.
If I’m down first, it’ll usually be a coffee.

Very small glass of juice usually apple. I never drink hot drinks so it would always be something cold for me.

I sleep badly and often wake due to bad back pain etc. So I just drink water at that time, but once I am up it has to be coffee for me. I have my version of the japanese tea ceremony. The cup or mug must be of fine white china, never british rail style thick china, Then the cafetiere is warmed whilst the kettle is on. Then emptied and the exact amount of beautiful coffee is put into the cafetier and the water is poured on as it begins to come to the boil - but never allowed to boil. I breath in the wonderful "eau de cafe" and when ready pour into my mug , adding the smallest amount of cold milk. Then usually it is Bach on radio 3 at 6.55am. It starts the day off well. My wonderful coffee cheers me up , and helps me to cope with the pain and so I begin my day. When I go out I take all the things in my car, with spare cups and cafetiere in case of breakages and can be sure of good quality ground coffee as and when I want it.!! I have taken my own refillable mug for years , to coffee shops. I am sure they wash up properly but it is that horrible thick and sometimes quite heavy crockery I dislike . Tastes so much better from china!

Tea with milk and 2 sugars.
Bags I'm curious, a mug of hot water?

JackyB Sun 08-Oct-23 04:07:19

Can't stomach coffee. I usually have a mug of tea, quite strong with lots of milk. Sometimes I might just have a mug of milk.
