We started lunch with a toss of hard boiled eggs, white albacore tuna called Ventresca and a few boiled potatoes. It is a tapa here.
The main was a Coca, which is a Mallorcan Pizza and a traditional street food and the name is derived from the Latin verb Coquere which means to cook.
The key difference between a Coca and a Pizza is that there is usually no cheese on a coca.
It is prepared with bread dough, red bell, Swiss chard called Acelgas or one can use spinach leaves as well, sweet onion and Extra virgin olive oil, black peppercorns and salt. It is baked in sheets until the crust is golden.
