I’m looking for a no-bake healthy snack recipe using rolled oats/oatmeal, dates, perhaps peanut butter, nuts, maple syrup……loads keep popping up on fb but actually getting the recipes is virtually impossible. Have any GNetters any ideas please?

To be honest I think that sounds really high in sugar.
And quite a lot of calories for a snack.

And right on cue, the food police have arrived...hmm

But she DID say healthy!

Try Pinterest. So many super recipes on there.

I would avoide peanut butter, not healthy and high in sugar. Almoravid cashew nut butter healthier if you need this. TBH nuts are the only healthy snack.

Peanut butter is relatively low in sugars (my jar says 4%) and has healthy fats, but not great for calories

Hi everyone, I have never posted on here, but always read your very interesting posts. I always make the below recipe, they freeze well too in an airtight container smile

Thanks for the link Mandy I’ll definitely make those. And I like that website for other recipes, ta.
