Sun dried tomatoes

Use it for salad dressings or dry some tomatoes slowly in the oven and when cold put them in the jar.

I use it for cooking, salad dressings or adding to the ingredients when making bread.

I buy sun-dried tomatoes in the dehydrated state in a bag from Grapetree, I hydrate them in oil then use the oil for cooking just as you would ordinary olive oil, it’s great for pasta dishes and risotto.
