I have two, both about 14 years old and both from France.
The first one is a picture of boats bobbing gently in a little harbour we visited which has been captured beautifully by the artist. Because of the use of the paint, it almost looks 3D. Second is the back view of two girls walking hand-in-hand along the beach, again in France. They were not my daughters, but it just reminded me of how they used to wander along the sand together.

If you collect something, do you see it everywhere? I started a hen themed collection just before Covid, and now I find hens everywhere. Couldn’t resist this kit.

I collect pop up books, but don’t see them around so much, I order online.

Do you wear sleeveless dresses?
(I don’t these days)

No. The tops of my arms are too wobbly now to want the world to see them. Not a pretty sight.

Do you cut your own toenails?

I cut my own toenails but I find my fat body gets in the way. I have to wear my reading glasses to see what I'm doing!

Do you dye your hair?

No, - but I do have pink streaks, which I love.

Will you be drinking alcohol today?

Not any more and it looks just as good with strands of white in it.

Do you have cleaning sprees? I sometimes have a blitz but mostly just normal cleaning.

Sometimes I do, usually if I am home unexpectedly and have nothing better to do.

Do you delete more emails than you read?
I do ,because these days there are so many and I am so over all the u tubes and jokes people send !

Yes - I delete most of them because being in business I get many spurious ones.

Do you bank online?

I have used it on the PC since my bank offered it. However I feel reluctant to use it on the mobile. I dont really trust smart phones and although I have one (a cheap PAYG) I tend to prefer my dumb old phone.

Yes, all the time - can’t remember when I last went into a Bank

Years ago. I do it all online now and my local branch has closed.

What season do you prefer to go on holiday? I like Spring or Autumn.

Just booked a break in October.Things are mostly still open then but far less people.

Do you use lots of spices in your cooking.?

I use a fair amount. We like to ring the changes with what we eat.

We managed a good day out without getting wet. The rain started just as we got home.

Did you get wet in the rain today?

No, it rained early but I dodged it by going out later.

Do you have any rivers near you?

Yes, the Gwendraith and the Teifei.

Have you ever been in a punt?

Yes in Cambridge and my poor late elderly husband tried hard to keep it under control.

Do you like a formal or country style garden?

Verging towards formal, I like to see a nice neat lawn but I like the flowerbeds to be a bit less formal with lots of variety. I don’t like it to get too wild.

Do you plant your containers up with autumn/winter pansies etc once your summer plants have finished or just leave them empty till spring.

Im not a "garden" person - I employ a gardener and as long as it looks tidy I dont obsess about it,

Do yu prefer a meal out or dinner in with friends?

I rarely eat out now - I dont drive so its the expense of taxis both ways and the hassle of going into the city which can be very noisy.

I love eating out, even if it's just at a local pub. In the past week, I've eaten out 3 times.

What's your favourite genre of music? I like rock or metal

Rock too and blues. I like lots of other genres too.

What is your favourite colour and why?

Pink. I have just always liked it.

Do you buy frozen things at the supermarket? How do you get them home? I have a cool bag and put one or two ice blocks in it.

I use a cool bag too and usually buy a few frozen things as they keep each other cold.

If you meet friends do you spend more time chatting than you intended?

Nearly always !

I try to do something creative each day even if it is just for a few minutes.
Is there anything you try to make time for every day ?

Writing and at the moment knitting.

When you have a shower do you just stand there or do you consciously wash every part of you ?
