Last year my lupins were beautiful but overnight they were struck by a plague of whiteflies who decimated them - it was heartbreaking. I keep checking on a daily basis now but there is no sign of them returning and wonder if they have been totally destroyed. My question is - would it be wise to replant some in the same position or should I replace the soil first?
