Has anyone bought and successfully used this new garden hose-heavily advertised on TV.
I bought one on line from Robert Dyas but so far have been unable to use as it will not connect to my outside tap.
Been into their store in Bristol-no adaptors stocked!
Rang them and received adaptor in post -useless.Another ranting email coming up!

Try putting a comment on their Facebook page (if they have one). That usually brings a rapid response!

Or on Twitter they soon jump to rectify the problem when its out there for all to see.

I don't like the look of them. A bit frilly but our hose on a reel is on its last legs so I will probably think about getting one next year. Do let us know how you get on with it Maniac when you get a decent adaptor.

I'm understand that once you get it connected they're very good. Thinking of treating myself to one.

quote the sale of goods act, the item not fit for the purpose sold, say you will take the matter up with Trading Standards unless they refund totally

Thanks for advice. I've done that
Robert Dyas have now offered refund.
BUT -I disconnected original hose when Xhose arrived. As I've been unable to connect new xhose I've had to use watering can and buckets -very tiring in current heatwave.
So vampirequeenI advise not to order unless you can be sure it will connect to your tap -hard to ensure when ordering online!
