Thebeeb Tue 19-Apr-16 22:09:40

I've got something boring I'm itching to tell someone!!

I've got a brilliant bloom on my Bird of Paradise flower . Is that boring enough?

Jalima Tue 19-Apr-16 15:13:38

Oh! I read the OP as 'gordino boring people'
ie gordino likes boring people

which is true, I cannot dispute that fact.

Jane10 Tue 19-Apr-16 14:22:33

Ooh elegran are you casting doubt on the OP? You can be deleted for that!

Elegran Tue 19-Apr-16 12:52:04

Most of us don't go out of our way to join something just to tell the other people in it that they are boring. The can't be much going on in the life of someone who has nothing better to do than that.

There,s nothing negative about gardening.
* It is good exercise.
* Reminds us of the amazing earth on which we live.
* Grows food for the table.
* Takes away worries and gives us time to think.....It is good for the soul.

I have an image of a bored teenager!

One that looks like Gordon the Gopher would be perfect!

loopylou Tue 22-Sep-15 19:01:31

Quite bemused, gordino seems to randomly pop up all over the place then not return..... I have images of Gordon the Gopher for some obscure reason confused

Bless!

janerowena Tue 22-Sep-15 14:37:30

grin

BlackeyedSusan Mon 21-Sep-15 18:31:20

not boring today... I put the awl away for another day.

or perhaps I have misnderstood and gransnetters are prospecting for oil in their gardens?

or perhaps the op is a bit of a plank as we seem to have "board" him?

Luckygirl Mon 21-Sep-15 18:27:05

I know what quantum physics is - it is the subject that my OH talks about endlessly and the source of inspiration for me for presents for him. If in doubt about what to buy him, get a book on QP and bingo - happy man! How do I know which to buy?.....if I do not understand it, he will love it. grin

Before I am accused of sexism, there are subjects about which I know loads and about which he knows zilch.

loopylou Mon 21-Sep-15 18:17:59
