Beautiful rose hildaj; I cut mine back earlier this week because the wind was really beating them up. The few blooms left I put in a vase but they're a rather sorry sight.
I've got primroses out and my viburnum plicatum is flowering, very strange as all the leaves have fallen!
My penstemon are flowering beautifully and the clematis has flower buds 
All rather strange.....
The pink rose (never known its name) lost the petals from the two last blooms last week now its looking very forlorn and bare but my bluebells are shooting well 
I have a beautiful rose in my garden. It is called Silver Anniversary, and was a gift from my sister and brother-in-law for our 25th. It has been lovely all summer, and is still blooming. How are your roses doing. Here's mine.
