This year I have grown patty pan squashes for the first time and harvested 8,so far. The question is how long can they be stored for and under what conditions? Currently I am treating them like butter nut squashes, which will last until Christmas standing on the kitchen window sill. Veg spaghetti will store as long in a cool shed and courgettes need to be used soon after harvest.
