I wonder how many people are chucking out their home-made apple juice because it hasn't been pasteurised? 
Monty is sending his fallers off to be made into juice but no mention of cider which can be made easily at home even if you don't have cider apples. A good mix of cookers and eaters will do. We used to send our apples to a local producer in return for a couple of flagons at Christmas but he has moved now so we've bought our own press - good old eBay.
Maybe Monty doesn't like cider.
