I spotted it while weeding this afternoon. I don't recognise it and I certainly haven't planted it so it must have self seeded or come in attached to something else last year.
The leaves are quite fleshy but not rigid or cactus like.
I have a baby primula, but didn't know its name So I asked the Gnet gardeners with hopes they had the same, I got a lot of answers and some knowledgeable crumbs And now I know this primula is handy on the drums, So, I think I'll call it Ringo - He can entertain the seeds And I'll play him Beatles records when I'm pulling out the weeds, If he doesn't pull his socks up and enhance my Cottage Theme He can sit atop the compost playing 'Yellow Submarine'
wot, it may be an idea to start a fresh post as possibly people have stopped reading this one as the type of plant was identified for merlotgran. Sorry I have no idea what it is, will be interested to find out.
