Climber for a north east facing wall.

Due to the man whose garden adjoins the bottom of ours being a twerp and weed killering the bottom of his/our garden wall to get rid of a dog rose, we are looking for suggestions for a replacement for the clematis that also grew there.angry

We would like evergreen and winter flowering.

Has anyone any suggestions please?

What about winter jasmine? My Dad had this in his garden in an easy facing wall.

How about Clematis urophylla 'Winter Beauty'? Evergreen climber with pretty cream urn-shaped flowers in winter:
