House move! Plant move tips please?

We hope to move home soonish. Packing up indoors is one thing, but my garden plants (already in pots of various sizes) are another.
Removal firm will fit in what they can on the day, but does anyone have tips on how best to pack up potted outdoor plants? Are crates best, or sturdy garden refuse type bags?
Just asked our local Wyevale but they don’t sell/loan their plant transport crates.
Big thank you ?????

Our removal firm had a separate van for the pots. I would hire a man with a van to do the lot.

For the smaller ones, I wrapped bubble wrap around the pots and wedged them into boxes.
The larger ones were gradually taken, in advance, to DS’s garden and gradually collected later, but I realise it’s not an option for everyone.

Thank you Daisymae and J52, really appreciate top tips. Been here 32 years so feels a big upheaval for now. Sure it’ll get easier! Very lucky to have such dilemmas! ?????
